Returns Procedure – How it works
If you have purchased a product online to find you have ordered the incorrect size, here’s how to exchange the item in 3 simple steps.
- 1. Check if the product you would like to exchange is in stock via email or phone call. Exchange product will need to be same or higher value as we do not offer refunds for the wrong purchase of size. Let us know your order/docket number, model, colour and size etc and what you wish to receive in exchange – we will put this aside for you until the product you are returning is received and checked to make sure we are satisfied that the item is in perfect, unused condition with tags attached.
- 2. Please courier the product back to us (please do not post as we are in an area where any post is forwarded to our PO Box which is checked once a week and often find things get lost in post)

- 3. Include your name and contact number on the original docket/paper when sending a product back to us. We will contact you when the product arrives. You will be required to pay for shipping for the new product sent back unless The Dugout/Centre Ice is at fault by sending the wrong product. This can be paid for by Credit Card/Debit Card (for same day shipment) or internet banking (product will ship once payment has been received)
You will be required to pay any balance there may be if you are exchanging the original ordered product for item of greater value.
